Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, ideal for experiencing all that Frankfurt has to offer. The rooms, while unique in style, were unfortunately noisy at night due to the bustling street outside. The service was extremely helpful and the team went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. The dining experience, although with some great options, had a few downsides, such as delayed service. Overall, a convenient choice for exploring the city.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the new building provided ample room, the cleanliness was a concern with long dark hair on the bed and furniture, price tags left by other visitors, and even a household rubber band on the bathroom floor. On the positive side, the room had a good size, including a spacious walk-in wardrobe. However, the nighttime noise from banging pipes outside and loud people in the hallways was disruptive.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! It's conveniently located within walking distance to the vibrant Zeil street for shopping, boasts a relaxing spa, and offers spacious rooms. However, there was an unpleasant odor as the rubbish bin was not emptied in three out of the four dining rooms.
The hotel rooms were rejuvenated with excellent decoration and luxury amenities. The big king bed and sofa provided a comfortable stay. The impressive bathroom with changing colored lights created a unique atmosphere after a busy day at the fair. However, some cleanliness issues were noted in the public areas like the bar and breakfast room, with long dark hair and price tags from previous visitors left visibly. Despite this, the spacious and comfortable rooms felt almost like a small apartment.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was large and very comfortable, though lacking a kettle or coffee maker, which I found surprising given the price of £240 per night. The air conditioning could have been better to cool down the room properly. On the bright side, the room was spacious and ultra-modern with a stunning bathroom and views of the city streets, which I truly enjoyed. However, there was an issue with a leak from the air conditioning that we had to report daily.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, though eventually satisfactory after some initial issues, felt surprisingly spacious. The service was exceptional, making it stand out among other hotels I've visited. The location was convenient for both work and sightseeing, but there were some ups and downs with the dining options.
The hotel rooms had a bad smell and looked old, but they were equipped with modern amenities. It would be more attractive if they were better maintained. The service was friendly and professional, and the location provided easy access to both the historical sites and financial district. The dining experience was good overall, with varied high-quality options. The facilities were well-maintained, highlighting the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.
The hotel offers spacious and well-appointed rooms but falls short on cleanliness due to various hair and price tags left by previous guests. The service is exceptional, especially from the receptionist providing great recommendations, yet lacks awareness of specific condiments. The location is centrally convenient but lacks specifics about amenities. The dining experience varies in quality, with small portions, and medium-quality dishes. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms are exceptionally good, and I would highly recommend this hotel. I can't fault this hotel in any way. The breakfast choices are great. Once you stay here, you won't want to stay anywhere else.
